Made in Eden is a trading name for products sold by October Associates Ltd, registered in the UK. Company No. 06445801.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.madeineden.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Made in Eden / October Associates Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork and designs sold on this Site are the intellectual property of Made in Eden / October Associates Ltd and are protected by copyright law.

  • Purchasing a print transfers ownership of the physical print only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any other intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork.

  • You may not reproduce, scan, photograph for resale, digitise, or create derivative works from any print without our prior written permission.

  • All site content — including product photography, descriptions, and branding — is owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Products & Descriptions

We sell fine art prints, including giclée open edition prints. We make reasonable efforts to display colours, textures, and sizing accurately, but actual products may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to monitor settings, lighting, and the nature of print production.

  • Each print listing specifies size, paper or material, edition type (limited or open), and whether it is signed or numbered.

  • Limited edition prints are produced in the quantities stated and will not be reprinted once sold out, unless otherwise noted.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

  • Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

  • We accept payment via [credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.]. Payment is processed securely through [payment processor name].

  • An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

  • Sales tax / VAT is included in all pricing .

Print Usage Restrictions

  • Prints are sold for personal, non-commercial display purposes unless a commercial or extended license is separately purchased.

  • Resale of prints as "originals" or in any way that misrepresents them is prohibited.

  • Removal or alteration of edition numbering, signatures, or certificates of authenticity is prohibited.

Custom & Made-to-Order Prints

  • Custom sizing, framing, or personalised prints are produced specifically for you after order confirmation.

  • Please review all specifications (size, colour, framing) carefully before submitting a custom order, as these orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

  • Production timelines for custom prints would be calculated during the production process and are estimates. Timings may may vary at busy periods.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, October Associates Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and the Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that colorus displayed will perfectly match the physical print.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to These Terms
