Postage and Returns
Postage & Delivery
All delivery costs are included in the final price of the products. Prints are usually produced within 3 – 5 days for unframed prints, 5 – 7 days for framed prints. They are then sent out using national/international delivery and may take up to 10 working days.
Framed prints are shipped in a double-walled cardboard box when fulfilled from US, UK, EU, or AU. Rigid, double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes ensuring maximum protection.
Unframed prints use strong and crush-resistant triangular / circular cardboard tubes.
Risk of loss and title for prints pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
We can ship worldwide, but primarily ship to the UK, EU, United States, Canada and Australia & New Zealand. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Please inspect your print upon arrival. Report any shipping damage within 14 days of delivery, ideally with photos, so we can arrange a resolution.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We hope you love all of your Made in Eden purchases. However, if you are unsatisfied with it or you have just changed your mind please let us know immediately. We are happy to refund or replace unused items that are returned in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.
Our return policy is as follows:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for undamaged, unused prints in their original packaging.
Custom, made-to-order, or personalised prints are final sale and not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or damage.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Orders may be cancelled prior to production/shipping, within 2 days, by contacting us at hello@madeineden.co.uk
